Summary: We had a great time. The hotel smelled great and we had 0 issues. Whatsoever, hotels.com is very easy to use. And I'm glad I found it, because it builds up points and you can get discounts using it. I will continue to use it.

Summary: We got the cheapest room. The bed was comfy and the room was tiny. But this is our 4th year using this hotel and plan to continue to use this hotel for many years to come. Overall it's a great place to stay. Only notable issue is a lack of a Handicap ramp anywhere near the front door. There is one on either end of the building. This was an issue for us when pushing the cart out to our car to unload. They need to fix this.

Summary: The carpet was stained. The desk had a substance stuck on it that could not be removed.The bathroom floor had hair on it and needed to be cleaned. The toilet set was wobbly. The tub surface was slippery and there was only one grap bar just outside the tub. The breakfast was out juices.

Summary: Beds were comfy, sheets and towels were clean. Bathroom floor could have been cleaner. There were hair balls in the corners. (FYI, when I went to shower, the tub floor was slippery. Had to be super careful.) Breckfast was okay, but not as extensive as in the past. The staff was super friendly and polite. Over-all, a good stay, but it feels like the property is going a little down hill.

Summary: The guy at the counter was very friendly and was always there doing literally everything. My only complaint was that the breakfast was not great. They were out of everything and had to wait. When they finally brought the eggs, they were round eggs that were heated up in a microwave and still ice cold in the middle. He was working very hard but breakfast could have been better.

Summary: Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Could have a better selection on shampoo and conditioner and body wash. Need coffee and coffee pot in rooms.
